I need this grid_dots icon

Got inspiration from this illustration: https://www.streamlinehq.com/illustrations/illustrations-brooklyn?search=care&icon=ico_Y24Esi8HBeQJal9m What I would like to see (and what I would need for my app) is a menstrual cup with a band-aid on it. Exactly like the illustration I referenced.

For example a cement factory and more ready mix trucks. Also, pouring concrete would be a great icon.

It would be great having language icons like DE for germany, EN for english, ... it could be a speach bubble with the letters inside. I use the flex icons, so would be great if they match. A nice selection of flags in the syles where you could define the different colors to match your brand style would also be awsome!
