User can expand vectors built with line strokes (like the 'Streamline Light Icons') and transform them into vector filled shapes before download it. Useful to import in some 3D software, icon font generators, etc.

It would be very useful for developers, to scale icons proportionally without having to adjust the stroke weight.

It will be also useful for Figma users, as Figma is bad at expanding icons: it results in some unpredictable resulats/shapes.
